30 years ago we created the sustainable management group in Chassagne-Montrachet "Groupe lutte raisonnée", then in 2012 and with our membership in DephyEcoPhyto we eliminated the use of chemical weedkillers. Our efforts have since focused on the use of mainly organic products to combat vine diseases, such as downy mildew and powdery mildew. The fight against Botritys (gray rot) is based only on prophylactic measures, ie low yields, manual leaf stripping at the bunches level, very careful manual training.
But there was still no recognition of these actions, of this work, by an official label. This is done with HVE level 3 environmental certification (the highest), since the beginning of 2021:

This label rewards Adrien Pillot's involvement in more virtuous viticulture. It rewards the agrobiological practices implemented by his predecessors Laurent and Fernand.
